其實這不是沙拉,是南瓜泥,但是馬鈴薯沙拉也是馬鈴薯泥啊!這道料理超簡單又特別,每次要一家一菜我媽趕時間就用這道,用冰淇淋勺挖一球一球,擠點沙拉醬再撒上乾燥巴西里葉感覺就超高級!極度推薦要加肉桂粉!肉桂的香氣引出南瓜甘甜~很秋天風格
建議用栗南瓜,其他品種蒸出來可能會太濕就失去口感了
